Further Information: Tseung Kwan O Waterfront
Please note – to access Tseung Kwan O waterfront promenade, transport should drop off participants/spectators close to the new French International School at the end of Tong Yin Street, beside a bicycle storage area. Access to the waterfront can be found by walking along the green cycle path between Corinthia by the Sea and Alto residencies.

3:45pm Meet time/coaches briefing (Please meet at Tseung Kwan O Waterfront, start of the promenade, see map below)
4:00pm - Race 1- Under 20s Boys- 5 kilometers
4:05pm - Race 2- Under 20s Girls- 5 kilometers
4:10 pm- Race 3- Under 16s Boys- 5 kilometers
4:15 pm- Race 4- Under 16s Girls- 5 kilometers
4: 20 pm Race 5- Under 14s Boys- 4 kilometers
4: 25 pm Race 6- Under 14s Girls- 4 kilometers
4: 30 pm Race 7- Under 12s Boys- 3 kilometers
4: 35 pm Race 8- Under 12s Girls- 3 kilometers

Approximately 5:00 pm- Meet finishes.

Race description
The race will start at the beginning of the promenade at TKO waterfront.
Under 12s- Pupils will run along the waterfront promenade until they reach the bridge which they will go under (Marshal 1) and then run towards a mini roundabout where they will be directed up and over the bridge (Marshal 2). Once over the bridge there will be another mini roundabout which will be the U12 turning point (Marshal 3) where athletes will loop around back to the start/finish.
Under 14s- Pupils will run the same course as U12s but will continue on the other side of the water front for an additional 500m until their turning point (Marshal 4).
Under 16s/Under 20s- Pupils will run the same course as U12s but will continue on the other side of the water front for an additional 1K until their turning point (Marshal 5).


There will be marshals along the route ensuring runners stay on the right track. A basic map is included below.

At the end of the race, runners should travel through the correct funnel for their division. Please see below:

Under 20s- Green
Under 16s- Yellow
Under 14s- Blue
Under 12s- Red

They will be given a number at finish and should take this to the timing desk giving their name and number.

As there is limited space on the promenade please only send a maximum of 8 runners per age group, per division. Please ask runners to be mindful of members of the public as they run along the promenade.
