Harrow International School Hong Kong Girls-U14A vs  Tournament
On: Monday, 15 Jan 2018
Venue: Away

On Monday the 15th of January our Harrow C grade Netball team went to their first league tournament of the season. Arriving late they didn’t get a warm-up and had to immediately start playing. They started out against Island school. They were a bit rusty at the beginning but then they played to their strengths helping them win 19-0. Then they played CIS team 2. CIS had a tight defence but Harrow used their defence effectively to help back up the attack and won 12-0. Thankfully after those games, they got a break where they did their warm up. Then after the break, they played CIS team 1. This game was harder as CIS were very tall. But Harrow used bounce passes to go around them. Harrow won 9-0. For Harrow's last game they played KGV. This was the toughest games for all the girls. The KGV girls had a fast attack which Harrow's defenders found hard to defend. At halftime, Harrow was down 5-1 but they were determined to win. Harrow started out with a strong attack which was helping them as the KGV girls were very tired from the first half. Harrow used this to their advantage and they would sprint into space and get the ball. With the great effort from the whole team, Harrow ended up winning 9-5. They should all be very proud of themselves.

Harrow vs Island School : 19 - 0

Harrow vs CIS 2 : 18 - 0

Harrow vs CIS 1 : 8 - 0

Harrow vs KGV : 9 - 5
