Harrow International School Hong Kong A/B/C Grade vs  Regional XVs
On: Thursday, 28 Sep 2017
Venue: Away

Last Thursday saw the final girls mixed regional XVs with 6 girls representing Harrow. Ava Grylewicz and Gisele Lajeunesse continued to grow in confidence and impressed with strong running and a solid defensive effort in the second row whilst Brynn Gordon on the wing showed great resilience in her continued progression with ball in hand. It was a strong first run out of the season for Lea Leboeuf as she made some hard carries up front and similarly for Skylee Chow in the backs who capped her return with some great running lines and a well finished try. Anna Birkett, playing at 10, once again shoed her class with some slick handling and sything running and added a brace of trys to her name along side some excellent kicking from the tee.

Overall this new venture has proven hugely successful as it has allowed the girls to play 15 a side rugby with participants from other schools which has developed their overall skills and understanding of the game and has allowed a less intimidating introduction to the sport for new comers.
